Minimum Stay, Deposit and Cancellation Policies

If staying shorter than 1 week, the pet fee is $50 per stay. [*]We are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking in guest rooms will result in a $150 charge per day [*]Full Payment at time of check-in is required for stays shorter than a week [*]A minimum of one week's charge is due at check in for all long term stays.
